01How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book us 12 to 18 months ahead, especially for dates between May and September. We sometimes have room for shorter timelines, so it's always worth asking.
02Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes. About half of our weddings take place abroad, mostly in Italy, France and Portugal. We handle venue visits, local suppliers, guest travel and the legal paperwork.
03What's the difference between your packages?
Essentials covers the final eight weeks and the day itself. Signature adds venue sourcing, supplier booking and design. Luxe is fully managed planning and creative direction from the first call onwards.
04Can we choose our own suppliers?
Of course. We'll recommend people we trust, but if you already have a photographer or florist you love, we'll happily work alongside them.
05How do payments work?
A 30% retainer secures your date. The balance is split into two instalments, with the final payment due six weeks before the wedding.
06Will you be there on the day?
Always. Your lead planner and at least one assistant are on site from set-up until the last guest leaves.
